To make an appointment:
If you wish to make an appointment for a massage or any other bodywork service, please call us at (508) 753-3975. Our office is open 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9-5 on Saturday. If you need to cancel an appointment please give us 24 hours notice. All bodywork and related services are by appointment only. Gift certificates are available at our office or by phone. MC/Visa/Discover accepted.
To Register for a workshop or class:
By mail: To assure your place in the workshop/class mail the registration form with one-half tuition as your deposit, at least ten working days in advance of the workshop/class you wish to attend. The balance is due the day of the workshop/class.

Visit us: Our staff will help you in choosing and registering for Yoga classes and/or workshops.
