Foot Reflexology Workshop - Treat Your Feet!

Reflexology is a simple, effective way to help the whole body in a natural way. Reflexology is an ancient science based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to specific points on the feet and hands. Stimulating these reflex points properly can help alleviate various health problems. A history of foot manipulation spans time and place from the Physician’s Tomb in Egypt of 2300B.C. to the Physician’s Temple in Nara, Japan of 700 A.D. In this workshop, emphasis will be placed on the practical application of the reflex points and their healing effects on the body in conditions such as headaches, upset stomach, back and muscle problems, and other conditions raised by the participants in the workshop. Each participant will administer a complete Foot Reflexology treatment. Charts and handouts are included. You will leave the workshop feeling both refreshed and relaxed.
