Thai Massage is an adaptation of the massage practiced in Thailand. Traditional Thai Massage is a healing system over 2,500 years old.
It was often practiced and taught in monasteries or handed down through family generations
Due to it's location, Thai Massage adopted yoga techniques and postures from India, as well as acupressure from China.
Thai Massage Helps with the musculoskeletal system and the bodies energetic system. Stretching enables the blood and Qi to circulate more freely therefore enabling optimum health.

‣Relieves pain

‣Aligns musculoskeletal system
‣Improves Qi flow
‣Creates greater range of motion.
The Thai Massage Treatment
Thai Massage is done lying clothed on a floor mat or massage table. The client wears comfortable loose clothing that allows for full range of motion.
Throughout the treatment the client is put in yoga like postures which stretch and release tension in targeted areas. Each posture should feel challenging yet comfortable to the client.
This bodywork is very safe because the assisted stretching positions are done slowly. This gives the client ample time to give feedback.
Practitioner
"Thai Massage helped to relieve the aches from stress in my lower back, legs and feet. I enjoy the interaction between myself and the work my therapist is doing."
